Affiliate Terms of Service (TOS) for Wave-RC:
This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Wave-RC (“Company”) and the affiliate (“Affiliate”) participating in the Wave-RC Affiliate Program. By participating in the program, Affiliate agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Enrollment in the Affiliate Program:
- To become an Affiliate, the individual or entity must apply through the Wave-RC website.
- Approval of the application is at the sole discretion of Wave-RC.
Commissions:
- Affiliates will earn commissions(10%-15%) on sales generated through their unique affiliate link.
- Commissions are subject to change at Wave-RC’s discretion.
- Payments will be made monthly, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.
Promotion and marketing:
- Affiliate agrees to promote Wave-RC’s products ethically and in a manner that reflects positively on the company.
- Any marketing material must be approved by Wave-RC before dissemination.
Prohibited Activities:
- Affiliate shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices.
- Affiliates are prohibited from using their affiliate link for their own purchases.
Termination
- Wave-RC reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason deemed appropriate.
- Either party may terminate this Agreement with or without cause by providing written notice.
Confidentiality
- Affiliate agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information provided by Wave-RC.
Limitation of Liability
- Wave-RC shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
Governing Law:
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wave-RC is located.
Amendments:
- Wave-RC reserves the right to modify, amend, or change any part of this Agreement at any time. Notice of such changes will be provided to affiliates.
By enrolling in the Wave-RC Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this Affiliate Agreement.
