JDM-26: Upgraded 4-position hydraulic valve for static point models (with neutral position return function, no remote control setup required) can drive 4 hydraulic cylinders.
Features: Hydraulic valve with neutral position return function
1: When the pump is on and no cylinder is activated, high-pressure oil flows directly back to the oil tank through the neutral position return circuit inside the valve body. System pressure is at its minimum.
2: When the pump is on and any cylinder is activated, high-pressure oil flows to the activated cylinder. System pressure depends on the load. When the load is less than the power generated by the system’s set pressure, the system pressure is the same as the load until the cylinder reaches its stroke limit, at which point the system pressure reaches its maximum, and the relief valve opens. When the load is greater than the power generated by the system’s set pressure, the system pressure reaches its maximum, and the relief valve opens directly.
3. When the oil pump is on, and 2 or N cylinders (N depends on the number of valve positions) are simultaneously activated, high-pressure oil flows to N cylinders. The system pressure depends on the load. When the load is less than the power generated by the system’s set pressure, the system pressure is the same as the load until each cylinder reaches its stroke limit, at which point the system pressure reaches its maximum, and the relief valve opens. When the load on each cylinder exceeds the power generated by the system’s set pressure, the system pressure reaches its maximum, and the relief valve opens directly.
4. In a static model, such as an N-position valve, if one cylinder actuates, the return oil path to the neutral position is blocked. However, another high-pressure oil path can still reach the high-pressure area of all cylinder positions. Therefore, our directional valve can allow all oil paths to actuate simultaneously. However, when there are many actuations, whether the actuations can be completed simultaneously depends on the oil pump’s flow rate. When the flow rate is insufficient, the oil path with the smaller load completes the actuation first, and then the oil path with the larger load completes the actuation. We recommend using the high-flow oil pumps JDM-20 and JDM-21 for static models.
