JDM-25: New hydraulic directional valve for static point models (3-way valve with neutral position relief function, oil flows back to the tank when not in operation).
Features: In static point models, directional valves, such as N-position valves, will block the neutral return oil path if any cylinder is activated. However, another high-pressure oil path can still reach the high-pressure area of all cylinder positions. Therefore, our directional valve allows all oil paths to operate simultaneously. However, whether the actions can be completed simultaneously depends on the oil pump flow rate. When the flow rate is insufficient, the oil path with the smaller load completes the action first, followed by the oil path with the larger load. We recommend using the high-flow oil pumps JDM-20 and JDM-21 for static point models.
Usage Requirements: Rated pressure 2.5-3MPa, compact size, equipped with 9 M5-4L curved oil nozzles. Driven by a 9G size servo motor (standard configuration does not include a servo motor). Chrome steel construction.
